Shipping Policy

At Klipped, we take great care in ensuring your orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Retail Orders:

• All retail orders are shipped within 7 business days.

• Once your package leaves our offices, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur during transit, including lost or delayed packages.

Bulk Orders:

• Bulk orders placed in our standard turnaround time of 7 weeks and are shipped via FedEx Ground Services, unless you request a different shipping method.

• We will ship the items to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check the details to ensure smooth delivery.

Super Rush Orders:

• Our 5-week turnaround time or Neighborhood Friendly options are for super rush orders. These will be shipped using FedEx Expedited Services (Overnight or 2 Day shipping) if the event date falls within the same week as shipping.

• Please note that expedited shipping will be at the customer's expense.
